TropiBowls a new spot in the Fort Lauderdale area and you don’t want to miss out. Trust me because let’s just say it’s my weekly spot now. They use fresh ingredients to make healthy and fruity options and its reasonably priced plus they don’t skimp when it comes to their products. What I love most is watching this local family do their thang by making sure each order is made to perfection.
One of the best things about TropiBowls is that they open early enough where you can go right after the gym or if your craving more you can go after work because they don’t close early.

My MUST HAVE Item: Their Toast is all I AVO needed. Their Avocado spread is seasoned to perfection in-house. My ultimate favorite toast is the street corn toast which is topped with sweet corn and Cotija cheese and drizzled with Paprika infused Olive OIl. They recently launched their Summer Menu which includes their Margarita Toast which is topped with Pico de Gallo and Mangoes. Boy’O Boy must I say I have to order both these toast because they are just so good that its hard to just choose 1.
Their most ordered item is the smoothie bowls topped with fresh fruits. They offer various smoothies and you can order one of their fixed bowls or create your own. you can make your smoothie bowl base with their top flavors such as
